007jili Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 007jili (hereinafter referred to as "007jili," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 007jili governing your access to and use of the 007jili website located at 007jili.app, including all associated games, services, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By creating a 007jili account, accessing the platform, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

007jili reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 007jili may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of 007jili services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

You agree that:

• All registration information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You will not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal information;
• You will not register more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity;
• 007jili may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register any applicant or close any existing account without being required to provide a reason.

007jili reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 007jili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify 007jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Use a strong, unique password for your 007jili account that is not used for any other online service.

007jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 007jili of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

007jili accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method used;
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that deposits are made for the purpose of gaming on the 007jili platform and are not investments or savings.

007jili reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and player account status. Deposit limits may be adjusted at 007jili's discretion and will be communicated to players through the platform.

Players may request withdrawals of available balances subject to the following conditions:

• 007jili aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days;
• 007jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times;

007jili reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

007jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion;
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• 007jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings;
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Subsequent accounts created to claim the welcome bonus again will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed.

All games available on the 007jili platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Game outcomes on 007jili are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers;
• 007jili does not manipulate game outcomes. All games are tested for fairness by independent third-party auditors;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 007jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account;
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 007jili will not reverse a bet once a game round has commenced, except in cases of verified technical error;
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient account balance before placing bets. 007jili does not extend credit to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 007jili platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 007jili staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the 007jili platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 007jili staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 007jili platform or its underlying software.

All content on the 007jili platform — including but not limited to the 007jili brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 007jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 007jili platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 007jili platform without prior written consent from 007jili.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 007jili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in games on the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 007jili platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 007jili's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 007jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

007jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to be notified when they have been playing for a specified period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting 007jili support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours;

007jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or other aspect of the 007jili service, players should first contact 007jili's customer support team with full details of the dispute. 007jili will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 007jili's internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

007jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 007jili will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 007jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
